I develop treatment plans based on an individual’s needs using Swedish Massage as my base.

I incorporate Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Connective Tissue Therapy in my therapeutic strategies.

I appreciate that every one has different goals on any given day and try to tailor every massage to each client’s best benefit.

NOTICE

The CDC still has guidelines for healthcare clinics to have all patients, visitors, and providers wear masks. UW Health is also still requiring all parties to wear masks. I will follow these 2 organizations for best practice guidance.

In addition, I require proof of COVID-2 vaccination of all clients.
