Cancellation Policy. It is understood that the unexpected may happen and that schedules can change. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment in consideration of other clients. If 24 hours advance notice is not received for a missed appointment, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged, and is required to be paid before the next treatment appointment. Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.

Late Arrival. Please arrive on time for your appointment. This time has been set aside for you. Be aware that if you are late for your appointment, the appointment time will be adjusted accordingly. The appointment will end at the scheduled time and the client is responsible for the full session fee.

Hygiene and Draping. Please arrive at your appointment clean. If you are sick, please call and reschedule your appointment. Massage is not recommended if you are not well. Please let the therapist know if you have a contagious illness and the session will be rescheduled. Draping protocols will be strictly adhered to.

Confidentiality. All information received from the client is strictly confidential. No information will be shared without client's prior consent.

Payment. Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, local checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. (See info for pricing)

Existing and New Medical Conditions. The client will be required to complete a health history before the first massage. It is the client's responsibility to inform the therapist of any existing medical conditions and disclose any new medical conditions prior to any subsequent sessions.

Informed Consent. At the beginning of your first appointment, you will be provided with a copy of all policies and will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the policies, understand them and agree to comply with the professional therapeutic massage policies and procedures.
